HTS1000 Dielectric Tester Features
The HTS1000 supports multi-environment measurement and can be upgraded from air atmosphere to flowing gas and vacuum atmosphere. Optional multi-channel gas charging devices enable manual or automatic gas distribution for flexible laboratory testing.

Factory calibration, automatic open/short and high-frequency load compensation, and the introduced 4W measurement method improve measurement accuracy for high-resistance and low-capacitance components.

HTS1000 Fixture & Temperature Control
The upgraded fixture uses high-quality ceramic materials with high-temperature oxidation resistance and low contact resistance. Precise sample pressure control helps reduce data jumping, while the furnace-lifting design and optimized thermal field improve temperature precision and contact stability.
