MatMeas Quasi-Static Measurement of the Longitudinal Piezoelectric Strain Constant d33
Testing Function
Longitudinal piezoelectric coefficient d₃₃: The same low-frequency alternating force is applied simultaneously to the test specimen and the internal reference specimen. Due to the direct piezoelectric effect, transverse piezoelectric charges are generated on the polarized electrode surfaces of the test specimen, while longitudinal piezoelectric charges are generated on the polarized electrode surfaces of the internal reference specimen. The two piezoelectric charge signals are converted into two piezoelectric voltage signals through their respective parallel capacitors.
